High alpine touring
These are hands down the best lightweight softshell touring-specific pants I've owned. They are incredibly breathable and cool yet warm enough to wear without a base layer when below 32 and with 40mph winds. Incredibly versatile. The cut is also perfect, and they seem very durable for the weight. Paired with the 120 Comp Hoody, you have an ideal kit for spring Sierra Nevada touring.
