Proving just how lightweight and compact protection can be: Our technical hardshell purists are versatile, weigh practically nothing and boast surprisingly clever features.

INTEGRATED GAITERS WITH AN INNOVATIVE SYSTEM

Easy to use. Reliable protection.

Our Quick-Gaiter system can be adjusted in three fast, intuitive steps. This means the gaiters fit seamlessly over your boots – and keep snow and moisture out. You pull the robust, abrasion-resistant loops over your boots – should you not need them, they can be simply stowed out of sight.

ADJUSTABLE HOOD, WAISTBAND AND SLEEVES

Protection against wind and weather

The helmet-compatible hoods of our WESTALPEN shells can be horizontally and vertically adjusted. This way, you’re perfectly protected against wind, snow and rain. The same applies to the cuffs and waistbands, which can be adjusted for a precise fit.

SMART LEG ADJUSTMENT

Perfect fit, maximum safety.

When using crampons, it’s vital that nothing gets in the way and that pant legs don’t get snagged. That’s why our high alpine touring pants have a leg adjustment on the inside (and out of sight) so the entire calf area can be optimally adjusted.

PROTECTED UNDERARM VENTILATION

Individual ventilation during physical exertion

If you’re getting sweaty on a climb, but still need to protect yourself against cold and wind, the easy-to-use 2-way underarm zippers offer you pleasant, individual ventilation.
