PRACTICING FOR AN EMERGENCY
Realistic Training in how to use emergency avalanche equipment
Highlights
- Realistic training without risk
- Simulation of various avalanche burial scenarios
- Compatible with all avalanche transceivers (EN 300718)
Winter athletes who are out on unsecured terrain need to be able to reliably master their emergency equipment and should regularly practice how to use it. The ORTOVOX TRAINING PARK is a permanently installed station that can be used to practice all types of avalanche scenarios, from searching for single burial victims through to complex search scenarios with multiple burials.
In practice mode, 1 to 5 of the 16 permanently installed transmitters can be randomly and simultaneously activated. The special expert mode allows for individual transmitters to be manually activated. Hits on the probing surface of the transmitter are confirmed by visual and audible signals and the search time per transmitter can be shown. This makes it possible to check how long the search takes per burial victim.
The ORTOVOX TRAINING PARK is robust, weatherproof and offers battery autonomy for a complete winter season. It is particularly intuitive and low-maintenance so a multitude of winter athletes can benefit from it.
Our PRO GEAR is targeted toward pros for commercial use.
