    2–3 days after your purchase, our customer service team will send an email to the address you provided when ordering with the return label for your old device.

  • Step 3

    Return your old avalanche transceiver to us free of charge within 30 days. We will properly dispose of your old device.**

Check with your ORTOVOX retailer to see if they are participating in the promotion.
If they are, bring your old avalanche transceiver to your retailer and purchase a new Diract Voice with a 30% discount.
