ORDER & SHIPPING
ORDERING
You can order ORTOVOX products from the online shop. Online purchases made through our website will only be delivered by Canada Post in Canada.
You can order from the ORTOVOX online shop if you have a customer account or as a guest without registration. A customer account enables you to store address details in the order process and see your previous orders.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Your products will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited. Orders are generally shipped within two working days; the estimated delivery time is shown on the detailed product page, in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation page.
Shipping by Canada Post costs CA$25.00. Shipping costs for orders CA$250 or more are paid by ORTOVOX.
SHIPPING COUNTRIES
We deliver to almost all European countries at the moment. Whether a delivery is possible in your country, you can see it if a shopping cart icon is displayed on the top right of the website. If this is not the case, click on "BUY LOCAL" and the nearest Ortovox dealers in your region will be displayed.
Shipping to the following countries is currently not possible: Great Britain, Ireland and Norway.
CARTRIDGE SHIPMENT
Safety first! AVABAG cartridges are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes and must therefore be packaged extremely well. For this reason, our cartridges are shipped exclusively by the shipping provider DPD in dedicated safety packaging.
Important: If you wish to return cartridges, they must also be sent back via DPD in the safety packaging provided. To do this, register your return using our return form. Our Customer Service team will then send you a return label via email and help you with the remaining steps.
The cartridges can only be refilled by dealers.
TRACKING
An email with a tracking number for your delivery will be sent with your shipping confirmation. This will enable you to track your delivery.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible so that you don’t have to wait too long for it. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or amended. However, you can return the item.
BILLING
The invoice for your order will be sent by email along with shipping confirmation and can be viewed in your customer account. Items cannot be sent by post.
REFUNDS
We will process your return as soon as it is received. We will send you an email when we have received your return. Refunds will be paid in the same way as the original payment method.
Please note: For reasons of hygiene, socks and undergarments are excluded from return or exchange. We can only refund/replace products that are unworn, undamaged, have original tags affixed and in their original packaging.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods can be used in the ORTOVOX online shop and are processed by the service provider heidelpay:
Credit card: You can pay for your order by Visa or Master Card. Credit card details are SSL encrypted for maximum security.
PayPal: If you pay via PayPal, you will automatically be asked to login to PayPal and confirm the payment.
