ORDERING & SHIPPING
You can order products from our ORTOVOX collection in our online shop. We only ship online purchases on our website with Swiss Post to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
You can order from our ORTOVOX online shop with a customer account or check out as a guest. The customer account offers you advantages like saving your address details during the order process or listing your order history.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Your products are shipped by Swiss Post. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 working days and the anticipated delivery time is shown on the product details page, in your shopping cart and on the order confirmation page.
Shipping charges are 9.50 Swiss francs. ORTOVOX, represented in Switzerland by Sportco AG, 3063 Ittigen, covers shipping charges for orders of 30.00 Swiss francs and up.
We deliver to almost all European countries at the moment. Whether a delivery is possible in your country, you can see it if a shopping cart icon is displayed on the top right of the website. If this is not the case, click on "BUY LOCAL" and the nearest Ortovox dealers in your region will be displayed.
Shipping to the following countries is currently not possible: Great Britain, Ireland and Norway.
Safety first! AVABAG cartridges are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes and must therefore be packaged extremely well. For this reason, our cartridges are shipped exclusively by the shipping provider DPD in dedicated safety packaging.
Important: If you wish to return cartridges, they must also be sent back via DPD in the safety packaging provided. To do this, register your return using our return form. Our Customer Service team will then send you a return label via email and help you with the remaining steps.
The cartridges can only be refilled by dealers.
NOTE ON CARTRIDGE SHIPPING
Safety first! AVABAG cartridges are classified as hazardous goods for shipping and must therefore be especially well packaged (padding). Every box also bears a special label marked UN 1066.
Important: Cartridge returns must also comply with safety requirements of Swiss Post. To this end, notify us of your returns using our returns form. Our customer service will then send you the necessary documents via e-mail and assist you with further steps.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
You'll get a tracking number for your shipment with the order confirmation. This lets you track the status of your shipment.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you won't have to wait long for yours. For this reason, unfortunately, you cannot cancel or modify your order. You can of course send the item you ordered back to us as a return.
We can't offer you direct exchanges. Please place another order in the ORTOVOX online shop.
Items you purchase from an ORTOVOX retail outlet cannot be accepted as returns in the ORTOVOX online shop. Please contact the retail outlet where you purchased the item.
The invoice for your order is e-mailed with your order confirmation and can be viewed in your customer account. It cannot be sent by post.
We process your return as soon as we receive it. You’ll get an e-mail from us as soon as we receive the return. The purchase amount is refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note that socks and underwear are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and we can only refund products that are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The following payment methods are available to you in the ORTOVOX online ship and are processed by the vendor Unzer GmbH.
Credit card: You can pay for your order by Visa or MasterCard. Credit card data are SSL-encrypted to offer maximum security.
PayPal When you select PayPal as a method of payment, you'll automatically be asked during the order process to log in to PayPal and confirm your payment.
